SPXFlow Webinar – PHE dan B+L
Jointly organized with SPXFlow, Arasains organized a 2-topic session for customers on APV Plate Heat Exchangers (APV PHE) and Bran+Luebbe (B+L) metering and dosing pumps. This webinar is in conjunction with Arasains expanding more SPXFlow product lines to provide more variety of solutions to customers in chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas, personal care and general industries.
The first topic is talk about Plate Heat Exchangers, by Ms Queenie Zhao as HEX Technical Sales Manager of SPXFlow Asia Pacific presented in detail the theory and mechanism of plate heat exchangers. In addition, she also explained about scraped surface heat exchangers for high viscosity application. The second topic by Ms Yan Qi as Channel Manager SPXFlow Technology Singapore, presented about B+L Pump Solutions, where she highlighted the features and benefits of the pumps.
During the Q&A, questions arose about the topic discussion. For B+L, audience has question about stoke adjuster for Zone 1 and Zone 2 for B+L, and yes that stroke adjuster for Zone 1 & Zone 2 is available for the B+L product, with stroke adjustment type pneumatic and electrical depend on customer request. About APV PHE webinar audience also want to know about limitation of the equipment when handling fluid with high solid content such as slurry and our speaker as the expert of this product is explain that maximum length of solid particles should be less than press depth of plate and the mess weight of solid content should be less than 30%. Very interactive Q&A session with many questions for these 2 topics such as gasket material of PHEs, lifetime of the plates, experience in transfer of lime liquid, recommendation for highly corrosive liquid, and leak detection system for the diaphragm pump shown and many more, which both Queenie and Yan Qi have provided the answers in Q&A session. This webinar was attended by 54 participants.
